Här är Svenska showgruppen som var och visade upp Freestyler på "Allt för hälsan mässan", "Best of the Best 2009" och Fitnessfestivalen.
 

Funktional dynamics

Mycket metodiskt, systematiskt och logiskt 55 min  träningspass, som tonar hela kroppen i de flesta säkra och naturligt sätt. Den innehåller 3D-naturliga & funktionella multi-axis rörlighets mönster. Kul, enkel, säker och efficient träningspass.

FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS TARGET POPULATION
Specially developed workout program FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS is a FREESTYLER’S most prominent product. It is an essence and the soul of exercising on the Freestyler. This workout is designed to fill the needs of everyone, because it functions as an introductory workout class in group workout programs, while it can be also used for rehabilitation purposes and for exercising at home. It’s primary goal is the use of three-dimensional everyday movement patterns and combine them into fun, simple, safe and efficient workout. We all have to perform certain activities throughout the day that enables us continuous survival, so the program works both in a preventive as well as in a curative sense, so everyone... let’s get functional!

FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS WORKOUT STRUCTURE
Great majority of weight training machines target and isolate specific muscles or muscle groups. As a result the movements do not necessarily bear any relationship to the movements people make in their regular activities or sports. In comparison, though machines can often be safer to use, they restrict movement to a single plane of motion, which is an unnatural form of movement for the body and may potentially lead to faulty movement patterns or injury.
